DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT THE SHOWROOM?
No, appointments are not necessary but to insure a consultant will be available to assist you with your project, please call to schedule an appointment. You are welcome to come in and browse any of showrooms display during normal business hours Monday-Friday 10-6pm and 10-3pm on Saturdays.
HOW DOES UNIQUE4HOME COMPARE TO OTHER RETAILERS THAT SELL PLUMBING PRODUCTS?
We offer one-on-one free consultation. We will customize your plans surrounded by the best brands and the latest products, with styles for any taste and budget. We will assist you in selecting a single faucet or for plumbing and cabinetry for an entire house. Let’s not forget to mention our competitive pricing.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DESIGNS?
We do not charge for designs and there are no upfront fees. We enjoy the initial creation process that helps you visualize your future project.
HOW DOES IT WORK IF I ALREADY HAVE A PLUMBER OR CONTRACTOR?
We encourage contractors to review a customer’s selection with us before the order is finalized. If you do not have a contractor we will be more than happy to recommend one to you.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
Visa, MasterCard and personal/business checks. Please note when paying with a credit card there will be a 2% add to the transaction.
CAN I BRING MY OWN DESIGNER OR BUILDER WITH ME DURING AN APPOINTMENT?
We welcome you to come to our showroom with your Designer or Builder or visit alone. Having a professionals input makes every selection seamless as it provides you with the proper knowledge and understanding of the product you’re purchasing. No matter if the professional is a staff member or your Designer or Builder we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
